Local Action Guides
The JCI Local Action Guides are a series of two-page documents designed for Local Organizations to use as quick references for their most common challenges and activities. JCI Action Guides are constantly updated and new ones are created when needs arise.
JCI Action Guides are used also for the numerous training courses published by JCI, such as JCI Achieve, JCI Admin, JCI Presenter, JCI Trainer, JCI Designer, New Members Orientation, and New Members Project .
JCI recommends that, every year, each local officer be given the Action Guide(s) related to his or her position or responsibility to help him or her succeed.
Some Action Guides can be used as Job descriptions for local Board positions. If they need to be adapted to suit your Local Organization's needs, please adapt them.
You can view the JCI Action Guides online, or download them in PDF®, as a package or one by one.
We hope these Action Guides will be useful in your local management efforts. If you have any comments on how to improve them or would like to suggest new ones, please contact the JCI Headquarters.
