JCI Philippines Commemorative Car Plates is approved by the Land Transportation Office. Please read instruction and terms and conditions of use.
Generic style car plate would cost P1,700.00 per plate and while the personalized one is at P2,200.00. To apply, simply download the application form and submit or fax to JCI Philippines Secretariat at No. (0632) 374-4138 including the copy of the Car Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) of your respective car/s. Payments can be made thru on line deposit to the JCI Phils. account payable to JCI Philippines, Inc. S/A No. 2010085789, BDO, Heroes Hills Branch, Quezon City.
