JCI Philippines Academy

 

One of the foremost training programs of the national organization is the JCI PHILIPPINES ACADEMY. The Academy is special program for local organization president. Started in the year 2000 during the term of 2000 National President Rafael “Boydee” Dizon, the first JCI Philippines was held in Baguio City with ITF Mennen Aracid of JCI Kagayhaan Gold as Head Trainer.

Every year Local President converge in a two program aimed at preparing them with the necessary skill and knowledge to run their local organization efficiently and effectively. Head Trainers of JCI Philippines Academy were JCI Sen. Santiago Joson and JCI Sen. Marilyn Cano.

2005       Davao
2006       Subic
2007       Cebu City
2008       Dipolog City

In 2008, with the initiative of 2008 Diamond Batch of Presidents, a MIDYEAR ACADEMY was first held in Zamboanga City and another one in Cavite City.

This years 10th JCI Philippines Academy will be held in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. A 2nd Midyear Academy will also be held in May 2009 to which the venue is currently being determined by the presidents.
