ABOUT JCI PHILIPPINES TRAINING

 

Training events in the JCI Philippines is one of the most dynamic. The organization regarded training as the cornerstone in providing its membership the necessary skills and knowledge in operating their projects as well as managing their respective organizations.

JCI Philippines actively adopted the concept, programs and principles of JCI TRAINING. TROT or Training of Trainers has seen many of our members became respected trainers back in the 80’s. Since 1990’s, we have seen JCI Prime Coaching Course producing numerous trainers for the organization. To date some 300+ trainers are listed in our active pool.

Training in the Philippines is being managed by the National Training Commission which has a constitutional mandate of making JCI Training programs available to all members. The commission is composed of a National Chairman and four commissioners. This year’s commission is head by Marc Voltaire Padilla, CNT of JCI Quezon City Capitol.

Training directorate in the Philippines runs the programs of the commission through its regional and area directors. A National Training Director is being appointed by the National President to help oversee the implementation of key training programs. The directorate is headed by Gleendo Dasmarinas, CNT of JCI Butuan Frontier
