Warmest greetings from your Secretariat!

Your National Secretariat is always trying its best in keeping in touch to everybody especially all the LOMs by giving pertinent information in order to maintain smooth flow in the conduct of our administrative operations. Kindly be informed that upon review on the records of our chapters, it has come to our attention that as of to date only few have submitted their membership list among the LOMs in good standing.

NT CIRCULAR  No. 3 s. 2009
Date:
    March 18, 2009

To      :   All LOM Presidents, National Board Members and Key JCI Members
From  :   The National Treasurer
Re      :   Deadline for Membership Dues Payment
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 Greetings Fellow JCI Members!

Whether in internal or external endeavors, we must be aware that our consistent and dependable actions makes a difference and inspires confidence. To have this reciprocated by our members, LOMs should realize that the prompt payment of their membership dues is among the highest honors they can begin with. This shall lead to the common understanding and unified belief that every chapter appreciates the conservative ideals on which the JCI organization and our movement as a whole had been founded.

At this point, kindly allow me to remind each and every one of you on the deadline for the payment of our annual membership dues this March 30, 2009.  As a LOM in good standing, here are just some of the benefits you will be receiving:

        1)   Updated notices on the latest activities and projects;
        2)   Free copies of the Leader Newsletter ;
        3)   Participation in the JCIPEA Recognition program
        4)  A chance to bid for awards and be duly/officially certified to attend the local, national, and international conferences;
        5) Voting Rights in the election of National Officers (except for New and Revived LOMs); and
        6)  Speaking Rights and Right to Vote in Area Conferences and the National Convention General
               Assembly.

Each individual membership is important to us. Let me take the same opportunity to appeal to the LOMs that have already paid to consider increasing your membership over your last year’s declaration. Having a membership increase will be of great help in both: strengthening our financial position (which will dramatically go a long way in providing better service to our members) and leverage your LOM in proving you have already stepped up to the meaningful call and recognition to “Be Better!”

For more inquiries, please don’t hesitate to call our National Secretariat at (02) 373-79-07 to 79 or e-mail us at NOM@philjaycees.com. Your national organization's leadership is constantly implementing new ways to improve our operations and services.

You can either send us your check payable to the JCI Philippines, Inc.  right now, or for On-line Payments, you can send it to our bank account at:

                JCI Philippines, Inc.
                BDO, Heroes Hills Branch, Q.C.
                S/A No.  201 0109 321

Kindly send us a copy of the deposit slip thru fax or by mail to confirm your payment. This is also to remind you to please send us your membership listing for the processing of your individual Membership ID Cards.

I thank you in advance for all your help and my wishes for a Blessed and more meaningful Lenten Season. Good people like you truly make all things possible.

Yours in the service to JCI,
JCI Sen. LEAR R. SAN BUENAVENTURA

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Warmest greetings from your Secretariat!

We are happy to note as we approach to close the first quarter of our term with your support in this year’s administration so far much has already been accomplished.  Reports have been coming which shows your active involvement in all our programs and activities. Definitely this will be of big help in ensuring the success of our plans for the rest of the year. Accordingly, we cannot deny the fact that no administration can be considered a success without a sound fiscal management as this is the lifeblood of our organization.

In this light we would like to remind everyone of your financial obligation in paying your JCI/JCIP membership dues.  The deadline for the full payment will be on March 30, of each calendar year as provided in Art. XII, Sec. 6 in our Constitution and By_Laws. The prompt payment of your dues will determine your chapter status. As a matter of policy only paid chapters are the one’s who can avail the privileges of a good standing LOM like the issuance of individual membership IDs, the exercise of your voting rights, right to bid for awards and the participation in the JCIPEA program among others.

Moreover, may I also take this opportunity to encourage and register your actual number of your members to fully enjoy their membership. For LOMs that have availed the early bird incentives, we are appealing to please work for an increase in membership over and above your last year’s declaration. For those who wish to pay their dues on-line, kindly make your payments in check or in cash payable to;
