What is it about this organization?

JCI aimed to provide development opportunities for young people that empower them to create positive change in their respective communities. In the Philippines, we are present in major cities and municipalities. On our 61th year, we are Philippines’ premier organization of young people with almost 6000 members across the country.

JCI or fondly called the Jaycee movement in the Philippines was founded by Artemio Vergel de Dios through the first chapter in Asia – Manila Jaycees. The date – December 20, 1947 – became the signal of the long and illustrious year of this movement in the Philippines. Ambassador Ramon V. del Rosario Sr became the elected first National President.

One of the prestigious projects of JCI Philippines is TOYM or The Outstanding Young Men. Learn more about JCI Philippines in this website or about JCI by visiting www.jci.cc
